Jakarta, March 19, 2024 - PT Hutan Sanggam Berau (PT HSB) held its General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) today at Central Park Hotel Jakarta. The GMS was attended by shareholders and their representatives, as well as the Board of Directors and Commissioners of PT HSB.
The agenda of the GMS were:
- Ratification of the Annual Report and Annual Calculation of PT HSB for the Financial Year 2023.
- Discussion and Determination of the Use of Net Income for the Financial Year 2023.
